I have worked in the customer service industry for over 20 years assisting clients to achieve their goals in the following industries: education, product sales, childcare, and life goals.

I am an Alumnus of Sienna University (Adrian Michigan) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Sociology. In my continued training, I have academic certification in the following areas: CMA (Comparative Market Analysis), Inspections, Real Estate Policies, and Procedures.
