A well-rounded realtor has many skills gained from experience and education, that help satisfy customers.  John holds both BS and MBA degrees.  He qualified as a Certified Financial Planner, held life insurance and securities licenses, and taught as an Adjunct Professor. John enjoyed a rewarding  career with GM/Delphi, that included management positions in HR, Finance and Manufacturing. He and his family relocated three times before settling in Michigan over 30 years ago. After an early retirement from Delphi, John completed appraisal and property inspection training, then worked as a Residential/Commercial Insurance Inspector for 7 years.

That journey through life also included buying 2 homes, building 3, and purchasing undeveloped acreage to split and sell off building lots. All of the above endeavors contributed to John's knowledge of the overall real estate universe and the ability to help clients define their needs and attain them.
